Netania Haber: Director of Israel Leadership camp

Netania made Aliyah from South Africa with her family as a young child. She has many years of experience guiding and coordinating trips for students, adults and families from all over the world. She has worked for MASA, World Bnei Akiva and the Jewish Agency.

At  ISRAEL LEADERSHIP CAMP, our staff is the most important factor in your child’s amazing Jewish summer camp experience! We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and the intensive training that they receive before the summer.  This is further supported by an extremely high staff-to-camper ratio that ensures that every camper get the attention that they need!

What are the qualifications you look for when hiring staff?

Israel Leadership staff members are selected in a highly competitive process that includes a written application, reference letters, and an interview. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, fun, creative, kind, funny, responsible, mature, and bright. We look for those staff members who are into being part of a team, and want to support the goals and the mission of Israel Leadership Camp.

We look for significant experience working with kids,. We look for people who have sought out leadership opportunities during the year, and want to make a difference for others. Our staff members must be entering college or older.
